Quick fantasy outlook: Hillis was signed by Tampa Bay in late July and becomes the leading candidate to be Doug Martin's primary backup. It was just two seasons ago that Hillis was one of the most efficient and production backs in the entire NFL with more than 1,600 total yards and 12 touchdowns. If he can regain some of that form from his Cleveland days, he has upside if Martin were to miss a few games this season.
