Quick fantasy outlook: One of the most consistent IDP options at safety over the past five years, Roman Harper shows no signs of letting up. With little competition for the SS position, he should continue to thrive and be a DB1 - possibly the first overall - in 2013. There exists the possibility that rookie Kenny Vaccaro could steal some snaps away, but Harper should retain the starting berth.
