Summary

Hall has been one of the more consistent fantasy corners around over the last 11 seasons, producing 85-95 total tackles and a handful of big plays per year. At 31 years old, he's no spring chicken, however. Plus, he's coming off a torn Achilles which cost him a majority of last season. Hall will likely enter the year as the team's third cornerback behind Bashaud Breeland and Chris Culliver. There's a chance he get's moved to free safety upon his return which would help his immediate fantasy value. Either way, Hall has a knack for producing fantasy points and is worth a flier as a DB4. Redskins | Several others expected to sit (Thu Aug 20, 06:54 PM) - Washington Redskins WR Jamison Crowder (hamstring), CBs DeAngelo Hall (toe) and Bashaud Breeland (knee), LBs Ryan Kerrigan (knee), Junior Galette (undisclosed) and Will Compton (undisclosed), DE Frank Kearse (undisclosed) and OT Trent Williams (undisclosed) are not expected to play Thursday, Aug. 20, versus the Detroit Lions.

Our View: A lot of these players are veterans getting a break. Don't be worried until they miss Week 3 when the starters get the most time.
