Quick fantasy outlook: After a strong run with the Bengals but which ended on a playoff sour note, Graham has bounced around the league - primarily filling in where starters have been injured. The Texans signed him after last year's the draft to mentor Randy Bullock. A summer injury to the latter gave Graham a full year of kicking for Houston. This year he'll fill the shoes of long time Browns kicker Phil Dawson who was not re-signed or tagged. He'll be working with returning long snapper Christian Yount. At punter/holder, Reggie Hodges was not re-signed. Spencer Lanning and T.J. Conley are competing for the job. They'll all be working under a new coaching staff, including HC Rob Chudzinski and OC Norv Turner, although STC Chris Tabor remains from the prior regime. Graham comes from a lucrative fantasy situation, to a weak one - the Browns have ranked in the bottom third in kicker scoring opportunities for five straight years.
