Summary

Bruce Gradkowski missed all of the 2015 season due to finger and shoulder injuries. The Steelers decided to re-sign him earlier this year, and he gives them valuable veteran depth behind Ben Roethlisberger. Last season, the Steelers struggled on offense when Roethlisberger was knocked out of action. This season with Gradkowski as the likely primary backup, the team should be able to stay afloat offensively if Roethlisberger misses more time. (May 18)
