Gilmore made his 3rd reception of the season, and his 1st TD in this game, but was used almost exclusively as a blocker when he was on the field.
2010 Week 5 vs CIN (1 / 1 / 11 / 0 rec)
Mostly in there for his blocking. He caught one ball on a check down for Freeman but is no threat to cut into Winslow's playing time.
2010 Week 6 vs NO (1 / 1 / 5 / 0 rec)
Was in the game mostly due to it being a blowout for most of the afternoon.
2010 Week 14 vs WAS (2 / 2 / 27 / 0 rec)
Pretty shifty and good at selling the TE screens. He ran that play a few times and managed to haul in a couple balls for some nice gains. Nothing to bank on but his presence was felt at times during the game as the defense focused their attention on the other
2010 Week 17 vs NO (3 / 1 / 9 / 0 rec)
Gilmore only saw a few targets, only one of which he had any real chance of catching. The other two were a pass batted at the line of scrimmage and a throw that saw him wearing a Saints defender. On his catch he was pretty open but took a hit immediately after making the catch and subsequently fell over short of the first.
2009 Week 5 vs PHI (2 / 1 / 9 / 0 rec)
Third string tight end John Gilmore had two targets in Week 5 against the Eagles, grabbing the first for nine yards early in the second quarter. He is way too far down the depth chart to provide any fantasy value.
2008 Week 2 vs ATL (2 / 2 / 41 / 1 rec)
John Gilmore made the most out of his two targets as he caught both passes thrown his way, including a five yard touchdown on Tampa Bay's first score of the game.

Gilmore didn't catch a pass. He was called for offensive holding that negated a Thomas Jones touchdown run. The drive ended in a Muhsin Muhammad receiving touchdown.
2006 Week 12 vs NE (3 / 2 / 5 / 0 rec)
Gilmore caught two passes in the second quarter for a grand total of five yards. He grabbed a short pass on a busted flea flicker play and then added his second short catch just before the half. He had but one more target, but it was uncatchable and never came near him as it was batted down and away by the Patriots' defensive line.
2006 Week 14 vs STL (1 / 0 / 0 / 0 rec)
Gilmore was targeted once in the red zone but he was unable to make the catch.

2005 Week 12 vs TB (1 / 1 / 1 / 1 rec)
Gilmore only caught one pass for one yard, but it was for the only Bears' touchdown and was the difference in the game.
2005 Week 15 vs ATL (1 / 0 / 0 / 0 rec)
Clark was targeted five times and did not make a single reception. One of the targets was an inexplicable drop, but at least two of the others were not catchable.
