Quick fantasy outlook: The 37 year old Fletcher has decided not to retire and will return for his 16th NFL season. He's definitely lost a step or two especially in coverage, but his football smarts, field presence, and ability to stay healthy will ensure that he remains relevant in the IDP realm. He's no longer an LB1 and will continue to lose tackle opportunities as Perry Riley improves his play, but he's as solid of a LB2 choice as you get.
