Quick fantasy outlook: Former Titan Pro Bowl cornerback Cortland Finnegan was the Rams top free agent addition in 2012 (and one of the top overall free agents across the league), re-uniting him and ex-HC Jeff Fisher with a five year, $50 million contract, with $27 million guaranteed. Hard-nosed in run support and feisty in coverage, he plays with an edge that may reflect a chip on his shoulder from being a former seventh rounder from tiny Samford College. Teammates appreciate Finnegan's tone setting physicality and tenaciousness. He instantly made St. Louis a better defense the moment he stepped onto the field. Finnegan justified his hefty contract with a career-tying 83 solo tackles and a handful of big plays, with 3 INTs, one sack and a FF in 2013. He also had one of his best seasons in IDP leagues, with a top five finish in some scoring systems. At 28 years old, he continues to play at a high level and appears to still be in his prime.
