Week 8: at New England Patriots
Mark and Joe say: Great matchup. Matt Forte accounted for both of Chicago's TDs last week, with 12/49/1 rushing and seven targets for 6/60/1 receiving during the game. Two weeks ago, he went over 150 yards combined, with 17/80/2 rushing and 13 targets for 10/77/0 receiving - Forte is a true featured running back, and the TDs have started to flow for him during October. Start him if you've got him!
The Patriots coughed up 43/218/1 rushing to the Jets' stable of backs last week, and gave up 23/68/1 rushing to the Bills' backs two games ago. To date the Patriots rank 24th in the NFL averaging 126.3 rushing yards allowed per game, with four rushing scores handed out so far this year.
Forte has an attractive matchup this week despite being on the road to New England's house.
