Quick fantasy outlook: Kevin Burnett will try to fill the shoes of departed OLB Phillip Wheeler. Burnett enters his ninth year in the league and he accumulated 100+ total tackles in each of the last two seasons in Miami. The Raiders are in desperate need of a pass rusher, and that may be a role Burnett is thrust in to. He's had more than three sacks only once in his career and that was back in 2010 when he had six.
