Quick fantasy outlook: Brown came out of nowhere last season and quickly developed into a dangerous weapon for fantasy owners to utilize down the stretch. He finished the season with 8 interceptions and was fairly decent against the run. Kenny Phillips' departure to Philadelphia clears the way for Brown to be an every down player. Part of me suspects that his 2012 performance was a bit of a fluke, but at a fantasy position that is classically unpredictable, he's worth the risk as a DB2 selection.
