Summary

A fixture at strong safety for the Bucs in his first two seasons, Mark Barron has shown us more than enough to be trusted as a high-end DB2, if not DB1. The arrival of Lovie Smith as head coach will likely mean a shift to more classic Tampa-2 looks, but the former Bears coach is not shy to mix it up as well with single-high looks, incorporating Barron as a roaming box safety. As such, Barron should see ample tackle opportunity and can easily reproduce his 70-20 tackle count from 2013. (May 13)
