Summary

For the first time since 2007, Baltimore's offense will not be led by Joe Flacco. Jackson cracked the starting lineup last season due to a Flacco injury and led the team on a winning streak that resulted in the AFC North title. Much more athlete than pure passer, Jackson's dynamic playmaking seemed to surprise many of his early opponents. Baltimore is hopeful that a full offseason with starter's reps will lead to maturity as a passer for Jackson to the point that he can be multi-dimensional for a full season. Jackson's preseason was full of excitement and stories about his maturation and leadership. Baltimore feels that the sky is the limit for Jackson and the offense. (September 3)

Latest News

Ravens | Baltimore's stats for the Divisional Round (Sat Jan 11, 11:36 PM) - Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson threw for 365 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions Saturday, Jan. 11, vs. the Tennessee Titans in the AFC Divisional Round of the playoffs. He ran 20 times for 143 yards and lost a fumble. RB Mark Ingram (calf) ran six times for 22 yards. WR Marquise Brown caught seven of 11 targets for 126 yards. WR Willie Snead hauled in six of eight targets for 56 yards, while TE Hayden Hurst caught one touchdown on his four receptions for 53 yards. TE Mark Andrews managed four receptions for 39 yards on seven looks.

Our View: Jackson put up a ton of yards on the ground and through the air. However, he turned the ball over too much to win and seemed to be too amped up from the start. The Ravens were the favorite to go to and win the Super Bowl. Now, they'll be sitting at home for the rest of the playoffs wondering what happened.
