Best Case
Stovall has been a bit player during the past 2 years, but he's entering his 3rd season in the NFL, which is when the light goes on for a lot of young players. Considering the guys playing in front of Stovall right now, he might sneak into the starting lineup by the end of the year.
Worst Case
Stovall is recovering from an off-season elbow surgery as of April 3rd, and may not be ready to go at the beginning of training camp - which would put a damper on his chances to move up the depth chart in Tampa.
Outlook
Stovall is a guy to keep in mind for free agency during the coming season. He might end up producing decent numbers if he elevates his game during his 3rd season, assuming he gets a chance to show what he can do for the offense.
