Outlook
Schwiegert, released by Oakland earlier this offseason, may have worked his way back into the IDP landscape after his signing by Washington in early summer. Schweigert isn't a top talent, but has always been productive in the tackle columns. With LaRon Landry presumably roaming the deep secondary in coverage, Schweigert could have sneaky 70+ solo tackle potential if he can overtake Reed Doughty for the starting strong safety role.
