Best Case

With 55.5 sacks over the past 6 seasons, Ogunleye is clearly one of the most productive pass rushers in the league. With the Bears struggling last year, he also managed to put up the best tackle numbers of his career with 53 solo stops. With no major improvement expected from the Bears on offense, the defense will likely be on the field a lot. In the best case scenario, Ogunleye has a chance to put up 50 solo tackles, 10 sacks, and finish as one of the top-5 fantasy DEs.

Worst Case

Although he has only missed 8 games during his 4 years with the Bears, Ogunleye is undersized for the LDE position and tends to play through minor injuries that limit his effectiveness. Last year was the first year he managed to stay relatively healthy and it led to him having a great season. He'll be 31 years old when the season starts and his body might not be able to hold up for another full season.

Outlook

Coming off a trip to the Super Bowl, the Bears struggled last year in pretty much all phases. The offense couldn't move the chains and the defense couldn't get off the field. This led to much higher than usual tackle numbers for Ogunleye. It doesn't look like much has changed with the Bears personnel so we can probably expect him to finish with 40+ solo tackles and at least 8 or 9 sacks, which should be good enough to place him solidly in the DE2 range in most leagues.
