Best Case
Terrence McGee may not have have ideal size or speed, but he makes up for it with sound technique and great ball skills. He is also one of the best kick returners in the league with 5 TDs over the past 4 years. In the best case scenario, McGee probably won't improve much on the numbers he put up last year.
Worst Case
McGee's job as a starting CB is probably safe but the Bills spent 3 draft picks on the position this year, including their 1st round pick Leodis McKelvin who is also a great kick returner. If he struggles in zone coverage, like he has at times in the past, the team should have a capable replacement ready to take over.
Outlook
McGee has been a starter for the past 4 years and he's been very consistent with 60 or more solo tackles in every season. Look for more of the same from him this year, which should keep him among the best fantasy CBs in the league.
