Although he was said to be a prospect at the time of last year’s draft, Chandler Jones quickly established himself as a key piece of the Patriots defense. He sparked their pass rush early on with 5 sacks in his first 8 games,, and then created a void when he was forced to play injured during the second half and went sackless for his last 8 games (including the playoffs). Jones is an athletic and explosive edge rusher with the potential to develop into one of the better defensive ends in the league. If he can stay healthy and the Patriots secondary holds up, double digit sacks are a good possibility. Consider him a DE2 with upside, particularly in dynasty or keeper leagues.
