2007 Game Summaries
Week 2 - Holt, a second year player out of Kentucky, was a surprise in the game, catching five passes for 52 yards and one touchdown. He was largely a third option in the passing game, but did catch every pass thrown his way and managed to be a real nuisance to the Browns pass defense. He was injured, late in the fourth quarter and did not return to the game
Week 3 - Main duty was as kickoff returner. He fumbled his last return, which sealed the win for the Seahawks.
Week 6 - Holt did not play many downs, and caught one of the two balls thrown his way.
Week 7 - Holt did a great job of drawing penalties against the Jets. He drew two pass interference calls. He was targeted more than any other receiver by Palmer, yielding five of them in the second half.
Week 8 - Holt continued to be featured as the third option. He made a great catch on an out route where he had to dive and catch the ball on a timing route, showing a connection between Palmer and Holt. Holt left the game in the fourth quarter with an unknown injury.
Week 9 - Holt had a 100 yard kickoff return towards the end of the second quarter after the Bills had an eight minute drive for a field goal. He also caught two passes for 13 yards, and a couple of the passes he missed were tough passes when Palmer was pressured.
Week 10 - The return specialist for the Cincinnati Bengals managed one catch in addition to his usual return duties, although it went for a negative one yard.
