Best Case
Like a few other players on this Patriots defense, Rodney Harrison's best days are clearly behind him. That being said, however, he still might have enough left for one more productive fantasy season. Although he only managed to play in 12 games, Harrison averaged 4.5 solos/game and also put up 2 sacks. If he could maintain that pace over a full season, he'd wind up with 70+ solos along with a few big plays and likely wind up as a top-20 DB.
Worst Case
Harrison is 35 years old and has missed 23 games over the last 3 seasons due to various injuries. He's always been a ferocious hitter and the cumulative impact of delivering all those hits throughout his career are likely catching up to him at this point. It's probably unrealistic to expect him to play a full season unless the Patriots try to limit his snaps to keep him healthy for the postseason.
Outlook
Although he probably won't wind up playing in all 16 games, Harrison still has something left as seen by the 11 solos he put up in last year's Super Bowl. As long as he's healthy, he will probably be a decent option as a 3rd or 4th safety.
