[Tue Nov 17, 6:01 PM] Charlie Frye Paul Gutierrez, of the Sacramento Bee, reports Raiders head coach Tom Cable has promised a decision would be announced by Wednesday, Nov. 18, on the team's starting quarterback for Week 11. JaMarcus Russell has reportedly fallen out of favor with Cable, and despite Al Davis supporting him Russell may find his way to the bench this week. With backup Bruce Gradkowski banged up, Cable may actually decide to go with journeymen quarterback Charlie Frye.
