Best Case
As of this posting, Flynn remains the main back-up to Aaron Rodgers in a very productive offense. On the one hand, he may be traded, perhaps to a team who needs a starter. However, if he remains, he proved last season that he can step in and play well depending on the matchup.
Worst Case
Flynn could very well sit on the bench all season, as Rodgers doesn't get taken out of games often and gets hurt even less frequently. He might also be traded to a team where he could face stiffer competition to just back-up. Flynn also has precious little experience as a starter and if he does end up starting for a team, he'll see some road bumps as he takes the reins over.
Outlook
Flynn proved last season that he could, at least short term, step into Aaron Rodgers' shoes and do pretty well. While he won't automatically replicate Rodgers' production, he would do well at the helm of this dynamic offense. Still, Flynn's outlook if he remains a Packer (and rumors persist he may be traded) is limited as Rodgers rarely goes out with an injury. He's best viewed as a backup for a Rodgers owner, and even then, most of those individuals will look for a starter as their backup quarterback.
