Best Case
Darling flashed his big-play ability last year in a 4-107-1 effort for the Ravens against the Browns. He has the speed to be the Chiefs' deep threat opposite Dwayne Bowe, and if he wins a starting job he could be a productive fantasy bye-week fill-in.
Worst Case
Darling will have to compete for playing time in Kansas City, as Jeff Webb and Will Franklin are in the running for the same job Darling is eyeing. If Darling doesn't have a strong training camp and preseason, he could end up as the third or fourth WR in a poor offense, in which case he would have no fantasy use.
Outlook
Don't expect big things from Darling this year. While he will have the opportunity to earn more playing time than he received in Baltimore, he'll be a complimentary receiving target on a run-oriented team. He is worth a late-round draft pick simply because he may be an NFL starter, but his chances of making a real fantasy impact are rather slim.
