2007 Game Summaries
Week 3 - Copper did not have a ball thrown his way until the third quarter, so he obviously did not figure strongly in the Saints' game plan. He finished with two catches for 23 yards.
Week 5 - Copper saw very little action.
Week 8 - Copper was not a big part of the offense, but did catch a short touchdown pass on a quick pass from Brees.
Week 11 - Copper did not contribute much in this game.
Week 12 - Copper was thrown to twice. He caught one pass for 12 yards to the Carolina 47 yard line. The play resulted in a first down but the drive would ultimately end in a punt.
Week 13 - Copper was targeted one time, catching a four yard touchdown in the first quarter that put New Orleans up 7-3.
Week 15 - Copper had two catches for 29 yards, with a long catch of 21 yards.
Week 16 - Copper saw limited action in the receiver rotation only when Colston left with an injury.
