Best Case
If Chad Johnson holds out through the 2008 season, Chatman could end up in the starting lineup opposite T.J. Houshmandzadeh, which could afford him 100+ targets given the Bengals' offensive scheme. Chatman has the speed and play-making ability to convert those targets into fantasy points. If everything comes together for Chatman this season, he could be a solid fantasy WR3 in twelve-team leagues.
Worst Case
Chatman hasn't been as productive as some had expected since joining the Bengals two years ago. Also, he now has a couple of talented rookies breathing down his neck in Jerome Simpson and Andre Caldwell. If he is passed on the depth chart, he will likely not finish any better than he has over the past two years, during which time he has had no fantasy value whatsoever.
Outlook
Chatman will likely be part of a committee of wide receivers that, as a group, will try to replace the departed Chris Henry in the Bengals' offense. He should be considered in the late rounds of your fantasy draft based on his upside potential, but odds are that he will not break into anyone's starting fantasy lineup in 2008.

2007 Game Summaries
Week 4 - Chatman was clearly the number three receiver in this game got plenty of looks as WR Chad Johnson and WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh received most of the attention by the Patriots secondary. He finished the game with three catches for 28 yards.
Week 6 - Chatman served as the third option at wide receiver, getting four targets. He made an amazing play on the sidelines that most people (including the announcers) said he was in bounds but the referees disagreed and upheld their incomplete call.
Week 8 - Chatman caught a short pass on his only target of the game.
Week 9 - Chatman made a good catch on an out route while well covered on third down to keep a drive going in the second quarter.
Week 10 - One set play and one short reception were the only targets for Antonio Chatman, mainly a special teams player. Chatman got eight yards on his two touches.
Week 11 - Chatman caught three balls for 20 yards and came in when the Bengals went into the four and five wide out sets. His routes were mainly underneath the Cardinals linebacker unit, but he was targeted deep in the fourth quarter on the ball that was intercepted by Rolle for his third of the game.
Week 12 - Chatman's only action in the game was on an end around on the first play from scrimmage.
Week 13 - Both of Chatman's grabs came on third down plays that moved the sticks. His first catch came on Cincinnati's only touchdown scoring drive when he made a 14 yard reception on a third and two play. His other catch came in the third quarter and went for a gain of 12.
Week 14 - One of his two catches was for a short first down.
Week 17 - Chatman had two catches for 16 yards in the first half, including a four yard touchdown pass from Carson Palmer with four seconds left in the half.
