Outlook

Travaris Cadet will be the 4th running back for the Saints in 2014. He may be a healthy scratch unless he can hold off rookie Brandin Cooks as the Saints return specialist. He has had some success with kick-off returns, but more on punt returns, which would seem a great fit for Cooks, who was used in that role during the pre-season. Cadet might be able to carve out some playing time if one of the top three running backs were to miss time, particularly Pierre Thomas as Cadet has been a decent receiving back.

2013 Game Summaries

Week 6 - Travaris Cadet had not seen much playing time this season, but he was targeted on 3rd and goal to go and made the reception and then lunged into the end zone for the Saints' first score. He had no rushes and that was his only target.
