With the Eagles adding CB Asante Samuel and all of the concern over if and when Lito Sheppard will play, there has been a lot of overlooking of the "other" cornerback for Philadelphia. Sheldon Brown has been inked -- not penciled -- in as the right CB for the Eagles to start this season, with Asante Samuel starting on the opposite side. Brown has been a strong performer for the Eagles, as the 29-year old corner has had two seasons of 60+ solo tackles including 2007. While he is not known for big plays (no season over 4 INTs), he does get double-digit pass defenses each season and has not missed a game since 2003. Look for Brown to deliver good stats in 2008 and be a solid NFL corner this season -- but possibly not much of a fantasy / IDP star.
