Best Case

Bailey will be a near lock to remain a top five cornerback and return to potential DB1 status if the team goes back to using more zone coverage schemes. Bailey is one of the best cover corners in the game, but his ball skills and run support ability would translate better to the box score if he used less in press coverage. The likely improvement in the Bronco pass rush with the return of Jarvis Moss and Ebenezer Ekuban could result in more big play opportunities. With Dre' Bly keeping teams from ignoring Bailey's side of the field altogether, Bailey's upside is again in the 70 solo, 5 INT range.

Worst Case

Bailey will turn 30 this offseason and will be at risk of seeing some decline in his natural athletic ability. It's also possible that he ages better than Bly and sees less opportunity as opponents avoid his side of the field. Corners are also always prone to inconsistency in the week-to-week box scores.

Outlook

Bailey should again finish within the top ten corners and be an above average option in DB combined leagues. He's one of the few cornerbacks who's regularly topped 65 solos, which makes a consistent high scoring option. His upside is dependent on his peripheral coverage stats (INT and PD), but a change in coverage scheme and improved pass rush should keep those numbers in a favorable range as well.
