Receiving: 2 / 14 / 0 on 2 targets
Heiden, coming off an offseason recovering from injury, saw significant time in two tight end sets. He was targeted twice on underneath routes, but his primary role was as a blocker in power running sets.
Receiving: 0 / 0 / 0 on 1 targets
Heiden was targeted once on a play in the second quarter where the defense had good pressure up the middle, and Quinn was forced to basically throw it in the ground near Heiden.
Receiving: 5 / 33 / 1 on 7 targets
Heiden looks like he's recovering well from offseason knee surgery. He moved well with the underneath zones and saw many targets from Derek Anderson underneath. Anderson and Heiden connected on one short touchdown pass in the red zone, but a miscommunication on a second red zone attempt led to an interception in the end zone.
Receiving: 1 / 10 / 0 on 4 targets
Heiden returned to the lineup and was again Derek Anderson's preferred check-down option. His four targets were the second most on the team. Most of Anderson's passes weren't close enough to haul in and Heiden fumbled after his lone reception.
Receiving: 1 / 9 / 0 on 1 targets
Heiden had a reception early in this one, and promptly got hurt. No tight end on the Browns roster is worth carrying in fantasy leagues.
