| 1 | Calvin Johnson | DET | |
| 2 | Brandon Marshall | CHI | |
| 3 | A.J. Green | CIN | show |
[Jun 14th] Jeff Haseley says: Arguably the 2nd best wide receiver behind Calvin Johnson. Don't underestimate his quarterback Andy Dalton who threw 27 touchdown passes last year.

| 4 | Dez Bryant | DAL | show |
[Jun 14th] Jeff Haseley says: Dez Bryant is among the best wide receivers in the league when he's on his game. His red zone numbers should increase tremendously this year as Tony Romo's receiver of choice with the end zone in reach. He did have a few poor fantasy games last year, which is concerning, but the sheer potential is off the charts, making him a nice catch as your WR1.

| 5 | Percy Harvin | SEA | show |
[Jun 14th] Jeff Haseley says: Percy Harvin reunites with his former offensive coordinator from MIN, Darrell Bevell, now the Seattle OC. If there's anyone who knows how to utilize Harvin to the fullest it's Bevell. I would not be surprised to see Harvin reach upwards of 85-90 receptions in 2013 with a 11-12 yard average per catch. If he finds the end zone with any regularity, look out.

| 6 | Demaryius Thomas | DEN | show |
[Jun 14th] Jeff Haseley says: I don't think the addition of Wes Welker will hurt Demaryius Thomas' numbers much at all. The Broncos have one of the best offenses in the league. Peyton Manning could throw 40+ touchdowns this year which would be enough for all parties to benefit, Thomas included.

| 7 | Larry Fitzgerald | ARI | show |
[Jun 14th] Jeff Haseley says: The fact that Larry Fitzgerald averaged 75 catches each of the last two years with sub-par quarterback play has me excited for his potential with Carson Palmer. He should reach 85 and could reach over 100. Very good candidate for comeback player of the year.

| 8 | Andre Johnson | HOU | show |
[Jun 14th] Jeff Haseley says: I am a big fan of Andre Johnson having another strong year. He is clearly the top receiving target for Matt Schaub. That won't change in 2013. The presence of rookie DeAndre Hopkins will open things up more, which benefits Johnson. I see another 90-100 catch season with the only concern being his ability to score consistently.

| 9 | Julio Jones | ATL | show |
[Jun 14th] Jeff Haseley says: Julio Jones is a top flight WR to target as your WR1 this year, however I like him much better in non-PPR, than I do PPR. Roddy White is still very much a part of the Falcons offense, which limits Jones' potential.

| 10 | Wes Welker | DEN | |
| 11 | Victor Cruz | NYG | show |
[Jun 15th] Jeff Haseley says: If I had to choose between Victor Cruz and Hakeem Nicks, I'd choose Cruz, especially in a PPR league. Cruz has established himself as the Giants primary receiving target, but he also has shown success in the red zone with 19 targets, 10 receptions and 6 touchdowns in 2012 - all team highs.

| 12 | Roddy White | ATL | show |
[Jun 15th] Jeff Haseley says: The fantasy needle has tilted towards Julio Jones over Roddy White, but when it comes to consistency and the receiver Matt Ryan turns to in the clutch, it's White. Last year he had 25 first downs on third or fourth down, which lead the team (J. Jones 15). White is going off the board in the early to mid-third round, a full round later than Jones.
