| Rank | Player | Team | Comment |
| 1 | Calvin Johnson | DET | show |
[Jun 13th] Maurile Tremblay says: Calvin Johnson is a complete stud who can do it all. The only concern is that, for whatever reason, the Lions didn't look his way in the red zone all that much in 2012. Johnson got 52% of the team's WR targets outside of the red zone, but only 39% inside the red zone. (And the WRs as a group got only about 30% of the team's looks inside the red zone.) If the Lions don't revamp their red zone offense to include more Calvin Johnson, it will put a damper on his fantasy ceiling.

| 2 | Adrian Peterson | MIN | show |
[Jun 13th] Maurile Tremblay says: Peterson enters the season fully healthy this year. Defenses should be very afraid. I think he's about even money to gain 2,000 yards from scrimmage.

| 3 | Doug Martin | TB | show |
[Jun 7th] Maurile Tremblay says: Given the number of touches he should get, he's the kind of very safe pick that you want in the first half of the first round.

| 4 | Arian Foster | HOU | |
| 5 | Brandon Marshall | CHI | |
| 6 | Trent Richardson | CLE | show |
[Jun 13th] Maurile Tremblay says: After all the nagging injuries that Richardson played through last season, I am not going to downgrade him based on an offseason shin bruise. Norv Turner will get the most out of Richardson.

| 7 | A.J. Green | CIN | |
| 8 | Ray Rice | BAL | |
| 9 | Jason Witten | DAL | show |
[Jun 7th] Maurile Tremblay says: Witten is Romo's security blanket. He won't score as many touchdowns as Graham or Gronkowski, but he'll catch enough passes to make him a very reliable TE1.

| 11 | Jamaal Charles | KC | |
| 12 | Dez Bryant | DAL | |
| 13 | Julio Jones | ATL | show |
[Jun 13th] Maurile Tremblay says: Julio Jones was more productive than Roddy White last season on fewer targets. Since Jones is clearly on the upswing and White may be on the downswing of his career, it would make sense for Jones to get a larger share of the targets this season, and to improve on last year's finish as the ninth-best fantasy WR.

| 14 | Jimmy Graham | NO | show |
[Jun 13th] Maurile Tremblay says: Graham is a fantastic athlete in a high-powered offense with the trust of Drew Brees. What's not to like?

| 19 | LeSean McCoy | PHI | show |
[Jun 7th] Maurile Tremblay says: I'm skeptical that Michael Vick will win and hold onto the starting QB job, but if he does, I expect McCoy to benefit from a higher run-pass ratio than we'd see with Nick Foles (or Matt Barkley) at quarterback. Depending on how Vick looks during training camp, I could end up moving LeSean McCoy substantially higher in my rankings.

| 20 | Percy Harvin | SEA | |
| 21 | Victor Cruz | NYG | show |
[Jun 7th] Maurile Tremblay says: Cruz has a ton of big-play ability and he's earned Eli Manning's full trust. It's not a knock against Hakeem Nicks, but I expect Cruz to be more productive than Nicks on a similar number of targets.

| 22 | Aaron Rodgers | GB | show |
[Jun 13th] Maurile Tremblay says: Rodgers is a very consistent, low-risk quarterback. If you draft a quarterback early, there's no surer thing than Rodgers.

| 23 | Drew Brees | NO | |
| 24 | Tom Brady | NE | show |
[Jun 7th] Maurile Tremblay says: Some are worried about his inexperienced group of wide receivers, but I think Brady will put up huge numbers almost regardless of whom he's throwing to.

| 47 | Darren McFadden | OAK | show |
[Jun 13th] Maurile Tremblay says: McFadden struggled behind the Raiders' zone-blocking scheme last year, and he's struggled with injuries his whole career. The Raiders are ditching the zone blocking this year, and McFadden will enter the season healthy. When he is at his best, he has top-five fantasy potential. He is a boom-or-bust pick, but the potential payoff more than justifies his current average draft position.
