Bengals | Giovani Bernard limited Wed Nov 19, 04:12 PM
Updating a previous report, Cincinnati Bengals RB Giovani Bernard (clavicle, hip) was limited during practice Wednesday, Nov. 19.
|Footballguys view: This is a start for Bernard, but we need to see him practice fully later in the week before we feel confident for his availability in Week 12.|

Vikings | Vikings claim Ben Tate Wed Nov 19, 04:11 PM
Free-agent RB Ben Tate (Browns) was claimed off waivers by the Minnesota Vikings Wednesday, Nov. 19.
|Footballguys view: That didn't take long. The Vikings saw Adrian Peterson suspended for the rest of this year, and they needed more help at the position. This is certainly a downgrade for the fantasy value of both Jerick McKinnon and Matt Asiata. Look for the Vikings to initially use all three RBs in some sort of RBBC. Tate is more talented than Asiata, and he's got more experience than McKinnon. He could end up emerging in Minnesota, but for now we see Tate as a RB3.|

Lions | Joique Bell sits Wednesday Wed Nov 19, 03:38 PM
Detroit Lions RB Joique Bell (undisclosed) did not practice Wednesday, Nov. 19.
|Footballguys view: Bell should be able to practice later in the week. It's a huge matchup against the Patriots this week. We like Bell as a low-end RB2 with upside in PPR leagues.|

Chicago Bears WR Brandon Marshall (ankle) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 19.
|Footballguys view: It's Wednesday, so there's no need to panic. Marshall should be able to practice later in the week as he continues to deal with this lingering ankle injury.|

Browns | Isaiah Crowell still learning Wed Nov 19, 03:21 PM
Cleveland Browns RB Isaiah Crowell doesn't have a fumbling problem, according to head coach Mike Pettine. 'I think if we get his fundamentals cleaned up [he'll be OK]. How he holds the ball is not an issue,' Pettine said.
|Footballguys view: Crowell has fantastic instincts for running the rock...he just needs to do a better job of securing the football. With the release of Ben Tate, Crowell should be the team's lead back. Fellow rookie Terrance West will serve as his backup.|
Buccaneers | Doug Martin practicing Wed Nov 19, 02:59 PM

Eagles | Nick Foles throws during warmups Wed Nov 19, 02:50 PM
Philadelphia Eagles QB Nick Foles (collarbone) did some throwing during warmups Wednesday, Nov. 19, but did not participate in practice.
|Footballguys view: There's no word on Foles' timetable right now. If Mark Sanchez performs well, there's no guarantee that Foles would even come back to a starting job. It's a good sign that he's throwing, but it's no indication of how quickly he'll be back on the field. It's a step in the process....but we're still early in that process.|

Tennessee Titans TE Delanie Walker (concussion) participated in practice Wednesday, Nov. 19, and is scheduled to meet with a doctor Thursday, Nov. 20.
|Footballguys view: Good news for the Titans here. A young quarterback like rookie Zach Mettenberger could benefit from having a relief-valve receiver like Walker on the field. The team is optimistic about Walker's availability for Week 12.|

Cardinals | Larry Fitzgerald to miss practice Wed Nov 19, 02:24 PM
Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (knee) will not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 19, according to head coach Bruce Arians.
|Footballguys view: Fitzgerald is optimistic about his playing status, but we're much more cautious with our projections for him at this time. Check back to see if Fitzgerald can practice later in the week (likely Friday). It's a difficult matchup for the Cardinals this week as they play against the Seattle Seahawks--in Seattle--in Week 12.|

Redskins | Jordan Reed not on the field Wed Nov 19, 02:23 PM

Colts | Trent Richardson not practicing Wed Nov 19, 02:00 PM
Indianapolis Colts RB Trent Richardson (illness) is not participating in practice Wednesday, Nov. 19.

Broncos | Ronnie Hillman, Montee Ball sitting Wed Nov 19, 01:56 PM
Denver Broncos RBs Ronnie Hillman (foot) and Montee Ball (groin) are not participating in practice Wednesday, Nov. 19.
|Footballguys view: Zero surprise here. We're not going to see Hillman (maybe another 3-4 weeks) or Ball (maybe another 2-3 weeks) for some time. This makes C.J. Anderson the starter...and a RB2 for your fantasy team.|

Browns | Josh Gordon has big plans Wed Nov 19, 01:48 PM
Cleveland Browns WR Josh Gordon has big plans in his return to game action in Week 12. Gordon told reporter Nate Burleson that he plans to tear up the league when he returns. 'He told me: 'Starting on practice this Wednesday, I'm going to outwork everybody on the field,'' Burleson said Tuesday. '(He said) 'I'm going to try to evoke a pride in Cleveland that can hopefully lead us to the playoffs.' He's excited about coming back.'
|Footballguys view: Fantasy owners should have big plans for Gordon. He was a superstar last year for the Browns, and he could easily pick up where he left off in a nice matchup against a poor Falcons defense. Gordon's return will change the target distribution for guys like Andrew Hawkins or Taylor Gabriel. We like Gordon as a WR2 with WR1 upside in Week 12.|

Chiefs | Travis Kelce probable Wed Nov 19, 01:42 PM
Kansas City Chiefs TE Travis Kelce (ribs, shoulder) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Nov. 19, and is listed as probable for Week 12.

New York Giants RB Rashad Jennings (knee) is not on the injury report this week. He said he came away from the Week 11 game fine.
|Footballguys view: Jennings is off the injury report and he should be on (or in) your fantasy lineup. He's back to a high-upside RB2 because of his ability as a runner and receiver out of the backfield.|

Lions | Golden Tate slated for Revis Island Wed Nov 19, 10:37 AM
Detroit Lions WR Golden Tate is expected to be covered by New England Patriots CB Darrelle Revis, while CB Brandon Browner figures to cover WR Calvin Johnson in Week 12.

Jaguars | No interest in two RBs Wed Nov 19, 09:05 AM
Free-agent RBs Ben Tate (Browns) and LeGarrette Blount (Steelers) spark no interest from the Jacksonville Jaguars.
|Footballguys view: The Jaguars have found a lead back in Denard Robinson. He has done a great job this year as a runner and receiver out of the backfield. Toby Gerhart is a good reserve back behind Robinson, so there's no need for the team to have any interest in either Blount or Tate.|

Colts | Researching Ben Tate Tue Nov 18, 11:10 PM
The Indianapolis Colts have started researching free-agent RB Ben Tate (Browns), including his character and potential fit in the team's scheme, and appear interested in possibly claiming him off waivers from the Cleveland Browns, a source said Tuesday, Nov. 18.
|Footballguys view: They should be researching Tate after losing Ahmad Bradshaw (leg) for the rest of the season. Right now, Dan Herron is going to backup Trent Richardson but that's not an inspiring option. The team could perhaps feel that Tate is an upgrade and sign the veteran.|

Broncos | C.J. Anderson top RB into Week 12 Tue Nov 18, 10:56 PM
Denver Broncos RBs C.J. Anderson and Juwan Thompson will serve as the top two running backs heading into Week 12 against the Miami Dolphins with RBs Ronnie Hillman (foot) and Montee Ball (groin) sidelined at least two or three weeks.
|Footballguys view: Anderson has produced over 100 all-purpose yards in back-to-back weeks. He's a RB2 with upside in the Broncos offense. Anderson has been looking fantastic as a receiver out of the backfield, and he runs with good power between the tackles. Expect the Broncos to show more of a commitment to the run in Week 12 than they did against the Rams (only 9 carries for Anderson).|

Broncos | Two Broncos vie for No. 3 RB job Tue Nov 18, 10:55 PM
Denver Broncos RBs Kapri Bibbs and Jeremy Stewart are battling to serve as the team's No. 3 running back in Week 12 against the Miami Dolphins.
|Footballguys view: We like what we've seen from Bibbs in the preseason. He runs with outstanding balance, and Bibbs certainly has a nose for the end zone. Bibbs is one of three RBs in FBS history who rushed for 30 or more TDs in a single season (Barry Sanders, Montee Ball). He drew favorable reviews as a receiver out of the backfield from our own Cecil Lammey out at Broncos training camp too.|

Lions | T.J. Jones to have first practice Tue Nov 18, 07:16 PM
Detroit Lions WR T.J. Jones (shoulder) will practice Wednesday, Nov. 19, for the first time this year. Jones has a 21-day window for the team to decide whether it wants to activate him or keep him out for the year. Jones underwent shoulder surgery in June.
|Footballguys view: Jones is an interesting player to monitor in deep dynasty leagues, but that's about it. If activated, Jones won't have much fantasy value in standard redraft leagues.|

The Denver Broncos released WR Douglas McNeil and DE Zach Thompson Tuesday, Nov. 18.
