Free-agent RB Mark Walton (Dolphins) was suspended for the next eight games by the National Football League Friday, Nov. 13, meaning that he won't be eligible to play for any team for the remainder of the 2020 season. However, the reason for the suspension is unknown.

"We hold our players to a high standard and take these matters very seriously. We will have no further comment at this time." |

Miami Dolphins RB Mark Walton drew praise from offensive coordinator Chad O'Shea Tuesday, Oct. 8, for how he's played in the first half of the season. 'I think that Mark has really impressed me,' O'Shea said. 'He has impressed me in both running the football and in his pass receiving. I think he runs hard. I think he does a good job and takes pride in catching the football. He certainly has a skill set that is unique that he can do both.'
| Footballguys view: Walton was a dynamic college running back for the University of Miami and we're monitoring him closely in dynasty formats. The Dolphins are looking for players they can build with and perhaps Walton can get more involved in that backfield as the season goes on. He's behind Kenyan Drake right now, but we could see him get more opportunities if he stays healthy and produces. |

He needs to stay healthy in order to play up to his potential in the pros. |
