'Everything is getting better,' Vickerson said of his health. 'A long offseason for me - starting out rehabbing, I already started and the strengthening process. So now it's just getting back in shape and getting the strength back, too.'

Lindsay Jones, from the Denver Post, reports Broncos DT Kevin Vickerson checked in at OTAs weighing 324 lbs, and increase of almost 50 lbs from last year. "Coming off an injury, you could get out of shape with a bad body," Vickerson said. "A lot of guys, especially D-tackles, would come back way over-heavy, sloppy, bad weight. I've had that before, and I didn't want that again."

"We don't feel as bad about our tackles as everybody else does," Elway said. "I think that we feel OK there and [DT Ty Warren] will be back coming off an injury and [DT Kevin Vickerson] is coming back and then we have some young guys in there where we feel like we'll be OK. It's not nearly the need in our minds that people think it is."
