Updating a previous report, free-agent LB Justin Strnad (Broncos) agreed to terms on a contract to return to the Denver Broncos on Tuesday, March 19. Strnad was reportedly close to finalizing a deal with the Carolina Panthers earlier in the evening before having a change of heart, according to a source.
