Adam Schefter, of ESPN.com, reports the New Orleans Saints worked out free-agent DT Chuck Darby (Lions), free-agent DT Rodney Leisle (Cardinals) and free-agent DE Orpheus Roye (Steelers) Monday, Nov. 9.

Adam Schefter, from ESPN, reports having lost defensive end Aaron Smith this week, Pittsburgh tried out free-agent defensive end Orpheus Roye on Friday.
| Footballguys view: Aaron Smith is out for the season with a shoulder injury, and the Steelers are looking for options to replace him. They are going to use a rotation between Travis Kirschke and rookie Ziggy Hood, but Roye's been with the Steelers before and knows the system. He could become an option for the team if Hood and Kirschke don't work out. |
