Bears | Shea McClellin doubtful Fri Nov 8, 02:44 PM
Chicago Bears DE Shea McClellin (hamstring) did not practice Friday, Nov. 8, and is listed as doubtful for Week 8 after tweaking his hamstring in practice Thursday, Nov. 7. McClellin had three sacks and was named NFC Defensive Player of the Week in Week 9 against the Green Bay Packers. DE David Bass will likely play in McClellin's spot, and the team could promote DE Cheta Ozougwu from the practice squad to the active roster. DE Cornelius Washington is another option.
| Footballguys view: McClellin knocked Aaron Rodgers out of Monday night's game, but it sounds like he also knocked himself out of the clash with the Lions in practice this week. He's still a good add in IDP dynasty leagues. |

It's unknown if Chicago Bears DE Shea McClellin (concussion) will be able to play in Week 11 against the San Francisco 49ers. If he can't play, DEs Cheta Ozougwu could fill in, as he's been impressive in practices. DT Henry Melton is another option, but the Bears prefer not to move him outside.

Houston Texans LB Cheta Ozougwu (concussion) was sidelined from practice Wednesday, Aug. 17, due to concussion. However, head coach Gary Kubiak said that Mr. Irrelevant from the 2011 NFL Draft is 'doing great' and will be back on the practice field Thursday, Aug. 18.
