Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy said he feels LB Mike Neal is best as an inside pass rusher, despite thriving at outside linebacker last season. 'I still think the best thing, in my opinion, that Mike Neal does is rush from a '3' technique, particular in third down in the sub package,' head coach Mike McCarthy said. 'I think he's a real force in there.' The Packers may use Neal as a bit of both as they look to become more versatile on defense in their defensive packages. McCarthy and defensive coordinator Dom Capers also might experiment in using Neal as an elephant end.
