Updating a previous report, free-agent WR Darnell Mooney (Bears) officially signed with the Atlanta Falcons Friday, March 15. Terms of the contract were not disclosed, but an earlier report stated it is a three-year contract worth as much as $39 million.

Moore. Add in Darnell Mooney and Chase Claypool to see how Jones is the no.4 option at the position - at best. The Bears also have Equanimeous St. Brown and rookie Tyler Scott ready to establish a pecking order behind their top three receivers. Oh yeah, veteran Dante Pettis is there to compete with Jones (and others) as a returner and receiver. Needless to say, Jones has his work cut out for him. |
