Uncertainty at quarterback definitely has something to do with that, but it's worth watching the No. 2 for Houston to see who emerges as there could be some good value there. |

Houston Texans WR Braxton Miller said he better understands the offensive system in his second year and is ready to take advantage of any extra opportunities that come from the injury to WR Will Fuller (shoulder). 'I'm a lot more comfortable,' Miller said. 'I can understand more of the coverages, more of the technique of the routes.'
