The Detroit Lions have declared DL Mitchell Loewen, WR Kenny Golladay, CB Nevin Lawson, LB Nicholas Grigsby, CB Jamal Agnew, OL Leo Koloamatangi and TE Luke Willson inactive for Week 17.

QB Matthew Stafford (back) was a full participant in practice Friday and no longer appears on the injury report.

DB Quandre Diggs (hand), DL Da'Shawn Hand (ankle), WR Marvin Jones (ankle) and S Tavon Wilson (back) were limited participants and listed as questionable, while LB Eli Harold (not injury related) did not practice and is also questionable. CB Nevin Lawson (illness) and DB Tracy Walker (ankle) practiced in full and are listed as questionable, while RB LeGarrette Blount (illness) fully participated and was lifted from the report.

Detroit Lions representatives met with three possible first-round draft choices at cornerback during the NFL Scouting Combine, and all of them stood at least 6-foot. Lions officials interviewed Alabama CB Marlon Humphrey, Washington CB Sidney Jones and Ohio State CB Gareon Conley. Opposite starter CB Darius Slay, Lions CB Nevin Lawson stands 5-foot-9. The Lions could be interested in adding competition for Lawson via taller prospects, in the opinion of Mlive.com's Kyle Meinke.

Detroit Lions CB Nevin Lawson could take over the second starting cornerback position if he shows up well in training camp. Lawson played his way into the starting lineup last season, which may help his cause. CB Darius Slay is the Lions' unquestioned top cornerback.
