Giants | Two questionable Fri Sep 6, 02:15 PM
New York Giants FB Henry Hynoski (knee) and DE Damontre Moore (shoulder) were limited in practice Friday, Sept. 6, and are both questionable for Week 1.
Footballguys view: Hynoski playing would be a boon to David Wilson, who would gain one of the better lead-blocking fullbacks in the league. Wilson is worth a start as a top 15 RB play this week regardless of whether the Hynoceros is on the field. |

Giants | Several ruled out for preseason game Fri Aug 23, 01:24 PM
New York Giants CB Corey Webster (knee, groin); WRs Victor Cruz (heel), Ramses Barden (knee) and Louis Murphy (leg); OLs David Baas (knee) and David Diehl (thumb), FB Henry Hynoski (knee), and DL Damontre Moore (shoulder) all have been ruled out of the team's third preseason game.
Footballguys view: Cruz should be ok for the season opener. It sounds like he is on crutches and in a boot to aid healing, not because he has a serious injury. He's still worth a pick in the 4th, if not third round of PPR leagues. |

Giants | Jason Pierre-Paul works out Tue Aug 20, 06:30 PM

The Star-Ledger's Conor Orr thinks Pierre-Paul will come off the PUP list. FB Henry Hynoski (knee) is also expected to be activated.

Giants | Henry Hynoski hopes to be ready for Week 1 Tue Jul 30, 02:24 PM
New York Giants FB Henry Hynoski (knee) said he is going to do everything he can to be ready to play in Week 1. 'I'm gonna do everything in my power to get back for the first game -- that's my goal, that's my intention,' Hynoski said Tuesday. 'But ultimately that decision is not up to me. I just want to get back to playing football at the earliest possible date. Everything's going well in my rehab, making advances and strides every day, and I'm just excited with my progress and I know the trainers are happy where I'm at too.'
Footballguys view: The Giants were considering Vonta Leach (Ravens) when he was on the open market in case Hynoski was behind schedule. We'll see Hynoski blastin open holes for David Wilson and Andre Brown in 2013. |

Giants | Bear Pascoe to start out at FB Wed Jul 24, 12:40 AM
New York Giants TE Bear Pascoe is expected to fill in at fullback until the injured FB Henry Hynoski (knee) is ready to return from offseason knee surgery.
Footballguys view: Pascoe is country strong and position versatile. The former rodeo champion (calf roping) is tough, mean, and aggressive enough to be a nasty lead blocker. |

Giants | Henry Hynoski hopes to be ready Thu Jul 11, 03:54 PM
New York Giants FB Henry Hynoski (knee) hopes to be ready for Week 1 of the 2013 season. Hynoski may be a bit ahead in his rehabilitation.
Footballguys view: This news may prevent the team from adding free agent fullback Vonta Leach. We think Leach is a better blocker and would be an upgrade but perhaps the Giants will continue with Hynoski. |

Giants | Henry Hynoski could start year on PUP list Mon Jun 24, 04:20 PM
New York Giants FB Henry Hynoski (knee) could begin the regular season on the Physically Unable to Perform list because of his offseason knee surgery.
Footballguys view: Hynoski would miss the first six games of the season if he starts on the PUP list. After that time the Giants would have a three week window where they could choose to activate him or put him on season ending Injured Reserve. If they feel like Hynoski won't be back soon they could always try to add free agent FB Vonta Leach. |
