The Indianapolis Colts have announced they have waived WR Dudley Guice, OT Andrew Tyshovnytsky, LB Trevor Anderson and PK Garrett Lindholm.

Mike Chappell and Phil Richards, of The Indianapolis Star, report the Indianapolis Colts have signed street free-agent WR Dudley Guice and DE John Chick to future contracts. Terms of the contract were not disclosed. Both played in the Canadian Football League in 2009.
| Footballguys view: Guice is the player to watch here. He was a dominant player in college at Northwestern Louisiana, and we saw him showcase his skill set at the Texas vs The Nation Game back in January of 2009. This is the same game that produced Pierre Garcon back in 2008, so the Colts know they can harvest talent from that all-star game. Guice is 6'3" 209 lbs and has good route running instincts, consistent hands, and excellent hand strength. He could develop into a solid contributor for the Colts in the near future. |

Terry McCormick, of The Nashville City Paper, reports the Tennessee Titans have agreed to terms with undrafted rookie free-agent WR Dudley Guice (Northwestern State). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
| Footballguys view: Dudley Guice may have gone undrafted but that doesn't mean he can't make an impact in the NFL. Guice has a good size/speed ratio and some have stated he could become the next Marques Colston in the NFL. Those are big shoes to fill, but Guice certainly has the ability. With no established star WRs on the roster ahead of him Guice may climb up the depth chart faster than anyone expects. |
