Washington Commanders DE Shaka Toney, free-agent WR Quintez Cephus, S C.J. Moore, DL Demetrius Taylor and LB Rashod Berry were reinstated by the NFL on Thursday, April 18, after serving indefinite suspensions for violating the league's gambling policy last year.

| Footballguys view: Stafford looked great despite playing with a myriad of injuries. He should be on the trade market as the Lions look to the future in a rebuilding moment. They'll hire a new head coach and general manager this offseason and Stafford is probably at the very end of his prime. Jones will also be a free agent and can still start elsewhere. |

| Footballguys view: Cephus has a nice size/athleticism combination and brings a basketball skill set to the football field. He can play 'above the rim' and knows how to use his frame to box out smaller defenders. Cephus is a raw player in terms of nuance and route-running ability...and he lacks the speed to gain much separation that way. It's good that he's working with Jones, a technician at wide receiver. We'll monitor Cephus in deep dynasty formats. |
