Free-agent DT Vernon Butler (Panthers) reportedly agreed to terms on a two-year contract worth roughly $16 million - including $9.3 million guaranteed - with the Buffalo Bills on Tuesday, March 17. Butler can reportedly earn another $2 million in incentives.
