Free-agent WR Odell Beckham Jr. (Ravens) has exchanged contract offers with the Miami Dolphins, but Dolphins general manager Chris Grier said the two sides are not close to an agreement at this point.
| Footballguys view: Last year, Beckham made $16 million with the Ravens. While his presence might have helped the Ravens nail down a long-term deal with quarterback Lamar Jackson, Beckham's performance (35 catches, 565 yards, three touchdowns) didn't justify the investment. At this point, it seems likely Beckham will benefit from waiting until after the draft to see if teams that hope to upgrade their receiver room don't get the kind of players they want. |
