He's never been able to go through a true offseason because of different ailments that he's had,' Nunn said Monday, July 29. 'He's where he needs to be right now, he just can't disappear when the pads come on. He knows what he's got to do, I've spoken to him about it, when the pads come on he's got to produce, when he gets out there under the lights he's got to produce.'

New York Giants DL Shaun Rogers (calf) is being treated for a blood clot in his left calf after experiencing swelling in his leg after playing in the team's first preseason game last week. He missed practice Sunday, Aug. 12, and Monday, Aug. 13. DT Martin Parker (back) is dealing with a herniated disc in his back that will require surgery, and DT Marvin Austin (back) is also dealing with back issues and will visit with doctors. DE Justin Trattou (ankle, heel) was seen by a doctor and is not expected to return to the field for a couple of weeks.
