Baltimore Ravens TE Mark Andrews (ankle) was activated from the Reserve/Injured list Friday, Jan. 26.

Footballguys view: Andrews will play on Sunday, which will give the Chiefs defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo more to think about. Isaiah Likely was outstanding in place of Andrews and gives the team potent two tight end sets to pass or run out of with Andrews back on the field.

Ravens | Mark Andrews' status still uncertain vs. HOU    Thu Jan 18, 01:29 PM

Baltimore Ravens TE Mark Andrews (ankle, leg) is still very much 'up in the air' regarding his status for the team's AFC Divisional Round game against the Houston Texans on Saturday, Jan. 20, according to head coach John Harbaugh.

Footballguys view: Andrews is a true game-time decision for Saturday's game against the Texans. He practiced in full on Wednesday, so Andrews is trending in the right direction. Even if he's out there, Andrews is clearly not going to be 100 percent recovered from the ankle problem that landed him on IR.

Ravens | Mark Andrews making a push to play?    Wed Jan 17, 06:09 AM

Baltimore Ravens TE Mark Andrews (ankle) had a good day at practice and 'really took a big step,' according to head coach John Harbaugh on Tuesday, Jan. 16. Harbaugh added 'we will see how it goes' when asked about the possibility of Andrews playing in the AFC Divisional Round game versus the Houston Texans on Saturday, Jan. 20.

Footballguys view: This was always the case with Andrews, but it's not a guarantee that he's going to be out there on Saturday. When Andrews was shut down for the regular season, there was a chance he could return around this time or for the AFC Championship Game if the Ravens make it that far. Let's watch his practice status as the week continues.

Ravens | Mark Andrews lost for the season    Fri Nov 17, 12:10 AM

Updating previous reports, Baltimore Ravens TE Mark Andrews (ankle) will miss the remainder of the 2023 season, according to head coach John Harbaugh, who noted that Andrews had suffered a 'form of high ankle [injury] but more than a sprain.' Andrews had two receptions for 23 yards in Week 11 before departing with the injury.

Footballguys view: Odell Beckham led the team in targets, catches and yards in the wake of the injury, although Zay Flowers also had a long touchdown called back by penalty. Lamar Jackson's value has to take a hit with this news, but Beckham becomes a waiver wire add, and in TE premium leagues, Isaiah Likely might be worth a preemptive stash even though he didn't catch a ball last night.

Ravens | Lamar Jackson has strong connection with Mark Andrews    Wed Nov 8, 03:00 AM

Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson has a 136.7 quarterback rating when has targeted TE Mark Andrews this season, according to Pro Football Reference. That mark ranks second among qualified leaders behind only Detroit Lions WR Josh Reynolds.

Footballguys view: This headline could be from any time Jackson and Andrews have been teammates with the Ravens. Their connection is one of the strongest in the league, and you can see it on film. The Todd Monken offense is more robust than what Greg Roman used to put together, but Jackson to Andrews will always remain a big part of what the Ravens do through the air.

Footballguys view: Andrews was back in his rightful place atop the Ravens passing game as he is looking more like his old self after a leg injury cost him Week 1 and slowed him in Weeks 2 and 3. Andrews should be a great play next week against the Steelers beleaguered pass defense.

Ravens | Week 2 injury report for Baltimore    Fri Sep 15, 02:40 PM

Baltimore Ravens CB Marlon Humphrey (foot), C Tyler Linderbaum (ankle), OT Ronnie Stanley (knee) and S Marcus Williams (pectoral) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 2 versus the Cincinnati Bengals. TE Mark Andrews (quad) was upgraded to full practice on Friday, Sept. 15, but is listed as questionable. OG John Simpson (personal) did not practice on Friday but is expected to be available.
