Allen was set to be released by the Dolphins, but agent Drew Rosenhaus got the team to re-work his contract. 'It's great news for Will,' Rosenhaus said. 'He's excited to continue his career with the Dolphins.' Allen is expected to battle CB Sean Smith for the starting job in training camp.
