The Pittsburgh Steelers had expressed interest in South Florida defensive backs coach Blue Adams for the same position with their organization before ultimately settling upon Tom Bradley for the job.

The Miami Dolphins named Blue Adams as assistant defensive backs coach, Charlie Bullen as defensive assistant, Benjamin Johnson as offensive assistant and Chris Mosley as assistant offensive line coach Friday, Feb. 10. In addition, Jeff Nixon will remain as the team's running backs coach under new head coach Joe Philbin.
